Today, Six Flags has announced that they have acquired the rights to operate 5 parks from Premier Parks: Wet n’ Wild Splashtown in Houston, Texas, Wet n’ Wild Phoenix in the Phoenix metro, Arizona, Darien Lake near Buffalo, NY, and Frontier City and White Water Bay in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This comes just a few weeks after Six Flags announcing that they are still looking to expand, and they have certainly done so with the addition of these five parks to the chain.
The deal is expected to be finalized in June.
